Thank you Remu Place residents for clearing away alot of wild ginger that has invaded the end of your street. It’s a big task and Greenhithe Community Trust was happy to help by providing 4 ginger barrels for the roots. The roots rot in these barrels and produce great compost that can be put back into nature. Maybe once the bridge down there is cleared the glow worms may return!
Special thanks also to Predator Free NZ and Kiwibank for funds towards traps.
And thank you Key Industries in Albany for a generous gift of bait.
And thank you Recreational Services for tools!
YOU ARE ALL SO AWESOME!
